Welcome to RMCI

RMCI is the most experienced helicopter health monitoring team in the world.  With over 7 years of experience monitoring over 3,000 U.S. Army rotorcraft and a working knowledge of multiple vendor systems, RMCI offers a comprehensive and sophisticated approach to vehicle health management on a variety of platforms. With our solid background in physics and helicopter drive train diagnostics, RMCI supports advanced scientific techniques and methods for vibration data analysis, development and tracking of condition indicators, hardware and software integration, and on-site support and training.

RMCI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Huntsville Alabama. RMCI currently employs 20 highly qualified, experienced personnel, including senior scientists, engineers, expert analysts, and program managers. Our employees have degrees in the areas of aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering, with special expertise in vehicle health management, helicopter drive train systems, hardware and software design, vibration and acoustics science, statistics, data design and analysis, and mathematics.

Capabilities

RMCI specializes in the vibration analysis, diagnostics and health monitoring of dynamic and electro-mechanical systems. We have a broad range of experience working with government and private industry. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
